Fostering Facilitation Capabilities

with Evergreen

Improving facilitation skills was a key goal identified by staff at Evergreen (a national charity in Canada), as a way that they could do their work better.

As training designer and facilitator, I created a customized two-part virtual facilitation workshop series that engaged participants in highly interactive sessions, using a variety of techniques and tools. These experiential sessions helped participants to build a solid foundation of principles and to explore facilitation through scenarios and common challenges. Tangible resources further supported learners.

Participant feedback showed that learners were left feeling more empowered, confident and ready to facilitate in a variety of settings.
