Designing and Innovating Volunteer Engagement

with Evergreen

For a dozen years, I was the architect of a dynamic engagement strategy from the ground up, one that has empowered more than 40,000 residents to volunteer. Bringing their expertise, perspectives and abilities, they help enable flourishing cities at Evergreen.

In a changing world of volunteerism, and with an organization that continually tackles new challenges, I took an innovative approach, engaging volunteers as key stakeholders and co-designers in shaping experiences that worked best for them and the clients Evergreen served.

Evergreen Brick Works was one of the leading places for volunteering for sustainability in Toronto during this period.
