About Me

As an innovation designer, I believe in working together with people to move forward—empowering them to be part of transformation at whatever scale. Through building participatory, creative and adaptable processes with purpose-driven partners, I engage stakeholders in understanding core challenges, and generating options for the future, keeping humans and their needs and perspectives at the centre.

A process, engagement and facilitation strategist, I help people build their capabilities experientially along the way. I am known as an ideas person and I love to think about things in fresh ways, making connections and looking for new ways forward. You’ll often finding me asking questions and sketching things out to bring clarity or shape new ideas.

I am a big picture thinker who helps groups to make sense of the complex systems at play. With deep listening and exploration, I articulate insights to set the foundation for innovation, strategies and designs, with a focus on purpose and impact. Using strategic foresight, I help create solutions that will stand the test of time, in an uncertain world.

A graduate of OCAD’s Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation program, I am currently consulting on a range of innovation projects that all drive towards positive social and business change.

For over 20 years, I led resident engagement across Canada, focusing on city building, placemaking, social justice, resilience and community initiatives, adapting to emerging trends and contexts over time.

When I am not on projects, you’ll find me exploring urban places and nature on foot or by bike, discovering new things, building community and enjoying family time.
