Developing a Flourishing Business Model
with Volunteer MBC and Align Coaching & Consulting
As part of their five-year strategic planning process, Volunteer MBC sought to develop a values-based business model.
Engaging senior staff in a series of collaborative work sessions, in partnership with Align Coaching & Consulting, I led the co-creation process with Volunteer MBC, using the “Flourishing Business Model Canvas”. Using this robust and innovative tool enabled the team to look deeply from financial and social perspectives, surfacing core elements and understanding the real value of the work.
The resulting flourishing business model canvas then became a key input to setting the strategic direction of this non-profit organization.
